As a caring and compassionate motorist, I decided to become a driving instructor and use my skills to help people to learn to drive. I’m fully focused on ensuring learner drivers fully anticipate the potential actions of other drivers, increasing their confidence and overall road awareness, always with safety in mind. My thoughtful and patient approach has seen myself excel in helping learners pass their test and take to the road as fully-fledged independent drivers.
Before Becoming a driving instructor, I was a garden designer and in my earlier years, I worked as a mechanic and he also has a Class 1HGV licence. With a full understanding of vehicle mechanics, I’m able to provide relevant and helpful insights to help learners become better drivers.
Hello and Welcome. My name is Tony Harding, and I own Tony’s Driving school offering driving lessons in Hinckley, Burbage, Lutterworth, Broughton Astley, Stoney Stanton, Sapcote, Earl Shilton, Barwell and surrounding areas.
So now after a few years with BSM I have now decided to be an independent driving instructor so Tony’s Driving School is born, with no change to anything same car same patient calm and reassuring instructor but no Brightly coloured BSM livery on the car.
Tony is such a kind and patient teacher for even the most nervous driver. Several people I know have found him to be fantastic learn to drive with and is particularly good with nervous or young drivers. Very dedicated and good with nervous drivers.
Tony is both professional and knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to work with a person of Tom’s calibre and I am always happy to recommend him

Had a great time with Tony, was always a treat to be in the car with him, easiest guy to get along with, it was always a nice experience and you feel so much better at the end of each lesson when you can really tell that you’re making real progress. Great at explaining stuff and adapting when I’m struggling to understand to help me understand quicker and easier. Would 100% recommend, definitely worth the time and money. I felt like I learned so much more from the 20~ hours I had with Tony than the 40 hours I had spent elsewhere.
